At Infinite Behavioral Interventions, we prioritize building meaningful, collaborative relationships with the individuals we support, as well as with their caregivers, support staff, and service providers. By investing time to thoroughly understand each person’s needs, preferences, and environment, we are able to develop highly individualized programs that focus on teaching functional, socially significant skills to replace interfering behaviors for adults currently residing at home with caregivers or in independent living.

Supportive hands interaction

Comprehensive clinical procedures, resources, and consultation services for individuals and organizations in the following areas:

  • Management of severe problem and interfering behaviors

  • Psychotropic medication review and monitoring

  • Dual diagnosis services (Mental Illness/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Development of trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans

  • Additional specialized behavioral health services based on client and agency needs

Filling Out a Medical Form

Both individualized and standardized assessments designed to address a range of clinical and functional areas, including but not limited to:

  • Assessment of interfering behaviors and associated risks

  • Evaluation of an individual’s ability to provide informed consent and assent

  • Independent living skills assessments

  • Social and communication skills evaluations

  • Community access readiness and safety skills assessments

  • Monitoring and management of psychotropic medication use

Group Adult Services

Infinite Behavioral Interventions collaborates closely with agencies by considering their available resources and operational practices to deliver effective behavior management services. Our supports are designed for groups looking to improve their everyday practices and operational practices, along with the individuals residing in their Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) and those attending Community Day Services (CDS) programs looking for additional support similar to our individual adult services.

Comprehensive administrative and clinical support services to enhance agency operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Our team collaborates with provider organizations to ensure documentation integrity and effective oversight through internal committees.

Support services include:

  • Departmental consultation and documentation review to promote accuracy, regulatory compliance, and best clinical practices

  • Participation in and consultation for Behavior Management Committees (BMC), providing professional oversight on behavior support interventions and restrictive procedures

  • Support for Human Rights Committees (HRC), ensuring the protection of individual rights and ethical service delivery through case review and policy guidance

Comforting Hands

On-site clinical support to teams actively managing behavioral crises, along with practical tools and strategies to prevent future crisis situations. Our approach emphasizes proactive, individualized support and staff competency development to promote safer, more therapeutic environments.

Key services include:

  • On-site consultation and clinical guidance during behavioral crisis situations

  • Development of individualized verbal de-escalation strategies tailored to each client’s needs

  • Training in approved, evidence-based physical management techniques, delivered in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines

  • Performance management consultation, offering structured feedback, coaching, and support to enhance staff performance, service consistency, and overall care quality
